After 3 weeks in the hospital following a severe fall I was transferred to Milford Health and Rehab. From the moment I was wheeled through the doors I was treated with compassion and lots of patience! I hate to admit but I was not the easiest patient. The nurses, CNAs and all auxiliary staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Everyone was very responsive to my call lights and I never needed to wait for anything. When my husband recently became an amputee, we were looking for a place for mental/physical rehabilitation. To which, we were greeted with a huge welcoming smile by Director LEEANN CAPPOLA/HER TEAM…MILFORD HEALTH AN REHABILITATION CENTER. At this point we definitely knew we were in the right place!!!
