RecommendedMilford Estates is a rental complex located in New Milford, NJ. It has a large Campus with plenty of open space and parking lots. Privacy and quite living. I recommend it. Daniele MATTEO, resident.
No bunny’s allowed is a ridiculous policy. I have a dark bunny which I wanted to rent a 1 bedroom a cat or dog which could Ruin the apartment is allowed it really is outrageous that people think that (bunny) is a dangerous animal
Dan is threw something At my friends face. Then to proceeded To threaten her. Nothing was done about it affiliated management brushed it off like it was nothing.Dan approves of drugs being done in the apartments. And currently does them himself.Affiliated management does nothing about problems at the complex. Just awful. Assigned parking?? Haha what a joke. Plus you can't even bring it up to the community manager Diane because she will bite your head off for any issue or simple question. Check all the reviews they all have her name blasted all over them. Maintenence is good but that is the only aspect that is. Just don't waste your time.
