TLDR: don’t even bother if you want anything processed through insurance or if customer service matters to you. I went for a consultation in May and was never sent an estimate for the costs of services. Back office staff says they left a message, but if they did there was nothing in writing and no follow-up… so the doctor’s staff isn’t doing the doctors any favors from a business standpoint. They also took and charged me for x-rays, but didn’t even send them to my insurance company which is required for them to process claim... read more
We received a referral from our dentist - experience was terrible receptionist was rude, non-responsive. Strongly recommend you choose someone else
I was terrified to have the procedure done but they're so comforting and calmed me down, procedure was painless and done very quickly, and they sent flowers to my house 😭 highly recommend
