This bill has effected my credit. I had a hernia & it was a workman's comp claim. And they billed me twice.

Total disgust, I was going through Cancer treatments back in 2016, just found out they never submitted the bill to my insurance company after multiply calls, still did nothing.. now I'm the on the hook for 1400 dollars 4 years later.. It is and has been affecting my credit score and no one answers the phone.. Are they still operating???? Wish I could give it a minus 5 stars!!!!

Deathly Horrible Billing. I called to update my information on several occasions. They did not send me bills. I had to call them every month to get updates and updated my address on every single call. To add icing on the cake, They sent my account to collections AFTER I made the final payment. I contacted them and asked them to sort out their mistake. I have received four calls since from collections. Now I have to send my proof directly to the collection agency for them to stop contacting me. I am so frustrated.

Horrible experience with billing, they billed my old insurance carrier that I haven’t had in years. I called to provide the new insurance info and they said they will take care of everything, went a few months without hearing back or receiving anything in the mail so assumed everything was fine. Now almost a year after my epidural I see on my credit report this bill in full...unreal!!!
