I had two initial appointments with Dr. Miley in which I told her I had fibromyalgia and chronic migraines and needed medication management for them. I am happy on the meds I take and don't need any adjustments -- for that, I'd go to a specialist. Everything I take, I've been taking for years. She looked at my list of medications and didn't raise any concerns. Well, come time for a refill of my low dose naltrexone, she refused to order it, saying "she doesn't prescribe that medication."
