Complete rip off, rebuilt my transmission and it did not shift correctly, after trying numerous times to get it resolved they would only hang up on me when I called. Not honoring the warranty. Trust me when I tell you, go elsewhere.
My husband and I chose this shop because of the ratings vs. other shops nearby. The other reasoning we chose this particular shop was the offer for free towing and diagnostics with repair, as the car had been sitting for 4 months with a dead battery. The car prior to the dead battery was only giving hesitation when really hitting the gas. We told them we would be leaving state and needed everything in good condition for this trip, they said it would be no problem but that they would need to keep the vehicle overnight.
