Senior woman couldn’t even get this place to check the transmission fluid.. snobby Dan said all his racks were tied up.. I wasn’t asking them to put my car on one!

09/22/2025 4 months later from my last update and still haven't heard a word. Really speaks volume from this company. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Literally, anywhere else will take better care of you than the people at this shop. Cress Creek Automotive, My Wife's mechanic, literally anywhere but here. 05/09/2025 Still haven't heard anything from anyone.
