This place is an absolute joke! Terrible staff who never know what's going on with their patient. And do not tend to there patients needs on a timely mannor, ever!
The staff seems to be more interested in attending to the needs of their cellphones than that of their residents. I went to visit a close friend there and he had soiled his bed and after I had been there for 2 hours I went looking for an employee to assist him. when I asked them to take care of him.... there was a sigh and then someone came to assist him. (There were 5 employees standing in a circle looking at their phones) I pray that this was one of those rare times but I do know that the residents should be checked on at ... read more
Can’t say enough about everyone I’ve met through the intake process for my mom; she has dementia - I can honestly say, I think she will do well here - the care the employees have demonstrated towards my mom already is exemplary - will definitely do another review after 90 days - the reviews for this facility was one of the main reasons we chose Miletree
