Great customers service they girls are amazing
Man they made me feel like I was around my niece's. Just a bunch of joy in that place.The ladies helped me pick out an engagement . I was so nervous, but they laughed and joked with me to ease my nervousness I'm only buying jewelry from the one on Rancho.
I was in that store yesterday on Olson Rd. Rancho Cordova ca and I was treated like a crook coming in to rob them. I did not appreciate being racial profile. I've never ever in my life have been treated so indignity. I was prepared to purchase a fine piece of merchandise. After the way I was treated there in that particular branch. I wouldn't buy a cross there if it was to save my life. When in today and all the ladies were amazing. I'm having a hard time in life right now I'm just dealing with a lot of stress and stuff right now. They all made me feel super welcome they were so friendly and made me feel special. I just want to thank you all you have no idea the impact you had on my day, your kindness was amazing. Alia and Jessica are amazing beautiful people. I do apologize I did not get the other two ladies names but you're amazing as well.
