I love Milestones Wellness Center! Everyone there is amazing. They are caring, compassionate, and only want the best for everyone in their care. I can't say enough good things about them. Ben is my favorite. He deserves more then 5 stars. If you or someone you know needs help with addiction and you don't like traveling to doctor appointments this is the place for you. I love it. My husband had his first appointment a few weeks ago when the amazing Kate, Amber and Ben team left. The facility said they couldn't send to the pharmacy he had been using for years. We finally found one that would fill his script. Milestone said they sent it, when I called the pharmacy they said they never received anything. They didn't even charge for the visit out nor did they call my husband back and inform him any of this. They obviously do not care for patients health. We left immediately.
Melissa Cameron is my case manager. She's very smart and full of great ideas! We work very well together. I also had Drew the meds nurse for a while and she was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
I went here for a while and it wasn't the best experience honestly. Online says insurance accepted but its NOT. I got told I had to pay cash because they were not allowed to bill my medicaid plan I had used here for YEARS. I call because nobody called me and they don't answer so I drive there and find this sign! Google PLEASE review this. They aren't even here and are still lying about what they offer. I'm without meds and in withdraw after 6 YEARS of success.
I have nothing but great things to say. When I started here I was a mess. Kate and Amber were just so sweet and helpful talking me through the process, they made my experience easy and I always feel comfortable. Ben goes above and beyond keeping things running smoothly, even personally reaching out to fix my issues. I've already referred a few people I know and am relieved to have found them!
