This place is an absolute SCAM. I paid them $250 for my medicine and never got my pills. The receptionist said they would refund me and it's been MONTHS still no refund. Today they send me a text offering a month for $75. I guess they must be running out of people to SCAM. All these reviews that ARE good are from before the place sold. The old staff cared. My husband had his first appointment a few weeks ago when the amazing Kate, Amber and Ben team left. The facility said they couldn't send to the pharmacy he had been using for years. We finally found one that would fill his script. Milestone said they sent it, when I called the pharmacy they said they never received anything. They didn't even charge for the visit out nor did they call my husband back and inform him any of this. They obviously do not care for patients health. We left immediately.
This place used to be amazing.... then it sold. I had a visit and was told my medicaid wasn't being taken anymore, they told me I had to find another doctor or pay $200. I can't not have medicine so I spent my last $200 on this visit. The place that showed up on my credit card wasn't even this company! I never got my medicine either because the pharmacy told me this Doctor CAN'T write a script for them because he's blacklisted. What do you have to do to be blacklisted as a doctor?!? Do not go here. I love Milestones Wellness Center! Everyone there is amazing. They are caring, compassionate, and only want the best for everyone in their care. I can't say enough good things about them. Ben is my favorite. He deserves more then 5 stars. If you or someone you know needs help with addiction and you don't like traveling to doctor appointments this is the place for you. I love it. I have nothing but great things to say. When I started here I was a mess. Kate and Amber were just so sweet and helpful talking me through the process, they made my experience easy and I always feel comfortable. Ben goes above and beyond keeping things running smoothly, even personally reaching out to fix my issues. I've already referred a few people I know and am relieved to have found them!
