Milestones is the best around! Called at 4:50 for an emergency appointment and they were so amazing! They got me in with short notice no questions asked.
Extremely disappointing experience the manager is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and the front-desk staff were equally rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable, especially for a pediatric office where families should feel welcomed and respected. Very disappointing experience. I called this office trying to establish care and schedule an appointment for my children. The woman I spoke with first asked what insurance I had and then told me that the office is only accepting newborn hospital patients. I found that interaction frustrating and confusing. If the office is only accepting newborns, I’m not sure why my insurance was relevant in the first place. The most efficient doctors office I’ve ever been to and they truly care about their patients! We had a routine appointment scheduled when my other child had a sudden ear infection. The front office and doctor were able to accommodate and squeeze us in last minute - thank you!! We’ve been coming here for 6 years and seen every doctor - all of which are great! The front office staff and nurses are also top notch!
