Dr. Mackie is our hero! She is always so patient and kind and we always look forward to hearing her stories. Through every challenge she is supportive and truly listens to our concerns. She walks us through everything one step at a time and we greatly appreciate her!
Quite frankly—I’m deeply frustrated and disgusted with the carelessness represented by Milestone Pediatrics. Since the beginning of this month, my six-year-old son has experienced ongoing coughing, headaches, ear and stomach pain, and congestion, among other symptoms. Over-the-counter cold and flu medicines weren’t working. I called Milestone numerous times this month, visited the office with my son twice within two weeks, and contacted office personnel through the patient portal. Doctors are great, but the front desk staff are rude with no professional etiquette.. Don’t know why the doctors employ them.
I have been taking my kids to this practice for almost 2.5 years now. I am very happy and satisfied with the care that my kids have received here. Front desk staff is always very nice and accommodating in getting appointment. My kids mainly see Dr Mackie whom I love as a practitioner and her motherly nature. I also really like Dr. Shinaishin and his bedside manner. He really listens to parents and does not make you feel rushed.
