For the past nine years, my son has been cared for by this office, and I truly couldn’t imagine a better team. I have no words for this practice but to be thankful I live about 40 minutes away from milestones pediatric. My son has been coming to milestones for 5 years and will continue coming to milestones. This review should have been written a while back. All the doctors are very caring and take their time to explain any medical concerns. Unfortunately my son had PDA a heart murmur that was detected by Dr.Mackie I am happy we caught it on time he is doing so much better now. Please request a different nurse than Farida. Today, December 31st, I brought my daughter in for her one-month appointment. Dr. Mackie was amazing—extremely kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Shinaishin was also wonderful and professional in our first meeting here. However, our experience with the nurse (Farida) who drew my daughter’s blood was concerning. Fantastic practice. Excellent physicians and nurses and support staff. Dr. Mackie, in particular, is a great pediatrician- attentive, compassionate and very experienced.
Dr. Mackie is wonderful and our provider of choice, but overall, all the providers are great along with the receptionist staff. We are extremely happy with our decision with Milestones as a pediatric provider for our two daughters. Thank you for all you do!
