Hi. My experience here with the food plan and the staff was better than I could imagine. I am leaving here with a confidence and feeling of wellness I don’t remember ever attaining with my body and myself I am so incredibly happy about my journey going forward My only concern was the accommodations. And that really is tangential but it did impede on my recovery to a certain degree I would like to know going forward if the accommodations were improved But I am hopeful that I will be able to enjoy abstinence without having to ... read more

Milestones = Family. These folks truly care about you and your recovery. This is not a luxury experience - They are more committed to helping you recover from the agony of eating disorders. My time at Milestones was the most powerful healing process I've ever experienced. The therapists, the supportive community, and the sugar/flour free food plan provided tremendous freedom from shame. I've lived with my eating disorder for more than 50 years, but I left this treatment program with hope for a new life no longer controlled by food.
