Be more assertive.. I had Liberal do my wedding going on 5 yrs ago,and he did an amazing job and he does truly use quality flowers and material etc. However he does not give you an estimate in writing which I had asked for a couple of times. As a young gushing bride however it was swept under the rug by me and I now feel I was taken for a ride.
