Had a lovely dinner here with a family member, and had absolutely no complaints. The atmosphere was lovely and calm, with decent brightness for lighting, good music that wasn't too loud, and comfortable seating (we were in a booth). Food was great, my family member and I had very different dishes but both agreed that they were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and polite. Everything was great except our server was the manager? And he was more concerned with other matters than taking care of tables. Took us 1.5 hours to get a Philly sandwich. And then another 20 for the bills. The staff was very apologetic and understanding however the manager/server richard was pursing other matters rather then getting us our food and bills. I would not recommend coming to this location solely if you happen to get him as your server.
The service is horrible, and they make you wait forever to get a seat. We had to wait for over an hour. After 1hr, we gave up and had to leave. This place is horrible. This location don't deserve your business. There are much better milestone locations else where. Please don't do business this place. Please go to other milestone locations. This location does not respect you, and they don't care about their customers.
The service was not bad, our server was kind and attentive. The food looks amazing on the menu, but not as good in reality. The main reason for the 2 star review would be the price point. Everything is way overpriced for what the quality actually is. For the same price, you can get much better food, especially steaks, at the Keg. We gave this location 3 tries in the past 3 years, and every time we felt disappointed and a bit ripped off, suffice to say, we probably won't be back.
