The worst fish and chips, the worst salmon with pistachio sauce and the worst mushroom soup with unreasonable prices, never come back again
Colin was excellent, the absolute best. During a busier 6:00 PM time slot, as the restaurant was filling up with reservations, he managed to find unhurried time for us. Colin was meticulous to ensure all of our dietary restrictions were communicated to the kitchen. We felt listened to, safe and were able to enjoy an amazing meal that tasted great. We will be coming back on our next visit to Kingston!
I went there tonight. It is Canada Day but the place was empty. That should have been a warning sign. We sat down and waited ten minutes before the waiter even came. He gave no water, only menus. I asked for a kids menu for my daughter. He said of course. Ten more minutes past. No kids menu. No drink orders. No water. The girl from the bar was randomly fixing chairs and not helping the waiter. Finally we left. We told the bartender it was due to lack of service, and she just said “ok”. a whole vibe. fantastic atmosphere. our waitress haeley was constantly on top of everything. so kind to us and went above and beyond. thank you for making our experience here one to remember! will be back 200%
Went for daughter’s graduation lunch with whole family. - server was sweet but service was super slow and we were left unattended for long periods of time and literally had to flag someone down Food was subpar, Steaks were cold and overpriced. Manager did not even come check in despite us mentioning all of that. Would not recommend sadly
