Was actually nice and quiet.
I've been here a few times and every time has been very average. I'd say 3-4 stars. But tonight, my fiance and I went out for dinner and had Emily as our server. I've never felt so ignored in my life. My order was incorrect and after she dropped it off to the table, we didn't see her again until she was ready to give us the bill. Milestones is a very nice place to have a good happy hour experience with some great apps and drinks! We had Pam as our waitress, and she was very nice. However, she seems more interested in playing on the computer and drinking her water behind the bar than serving customers (We've had her at least three times now. It took us 18 minutes to be approached and no one was behind the entry podium either so we had to walk ourselves to our table with no menus). I came here recently for a work function. I want to start off by saying the service was great and the atmosphere was nice. The food on the other hand was disappointing. I ordered a 6 oz medium-rare sirloin and was not impressed. Half of the steak was medium and the other half was medium rare. It was tasty but nothing I couldn't easily do at home with steak from the grocery store. The side of vegetables was a slap in the face.
