Terrific software. But is so hard to buy. Milestone just say contact a "partner" on their list. None of the half dozen partners bothered to get back to me. Complete contempt of customers. Eventually found a silver dealer who was brilliant and very responsive. Seems to me milestone should make that partner a diamond level one and discard the non responsive ones or drop them down a few levels.
We attended Milestone for a session on new security technologies. Well worth the time spent!
