luckily there are a few care givers that care about my mother. Management could care less. Fortunately mom is to a point that she doesn't know how neglected that she is. I hope the other facilities care more for the people they serve that Bishop Place in Pullman Washington. Residents families don't get the time of day Mom has been a resident for 5 years. I'm afraid to raise an issue because I have few alternatives for her home and care.
My mom is in a California assisted living facility owned by this company and now if I don't switch my mom's pharmacy to their pharmacy, I am going to be charged a service fee of 250.00 a month. This place is not the best.
