My kids have been going here since it first opened and we never had any issues. I love it here. However a couple months ago all my kids got sick. Jennifer recommended giving my middle daughter a flu test because she said she was worse and there was no point in giving all my kids the test. Staff and licensed staff are amazing!
Overall, the provider care seems good, and the support staff will do their best to provide answers and support when needed. However, the number of providers is small, so getting a response (i.e., results of a lab test/x-ray read, will likely take time). As a specific example, we saw a provider on June 8th. We had an order for an X-ray, which was completed on June 9th. After waiting a week (June 16th) to hear back regarding the results, I called the main office and was ensured that a provider would call and send a message. We... read more
They've been the greatest asset with my kid, and I can't imagine taking him anywhere else! Love the staff and the responsiveness of the providers. Wish more providers were like this and took the time!
