Jennifer is an amazing nurse practitioner who has cared for my girls nearly their entire lives. She is attentive, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. All of the providers at the practice are equally wonderful. The medical assistants and staff are amazing—always kind, helpful, and professional. We are so grateful for this pediatric office and highly recommend it.
I requested physician-led care due to complex care needs for my child. Front office staff initially told me that physicians were out of the office for the holidays and that I could call back at the beginning of the year. Shortly afterward, I received a message from the practice owner stating that I should seek care elsewhere. No referral or alternative options were provided. Milestone Pediatrics has been absolutely amazing for my daughter’s care. The doctors and staff are so kind, patient, and thorough. They always take the time to listen, answer every question, and make sure mine and my daughter feel comfortable and understood. Appointments are well-organized, the office is clean and welcoming, and the nurses are gentle and caring — especially with nervous kids.
