Doctors Great - Staff needs help The doctors are both very knowledgeable. The doctors know me by name and have often gotten on the phone with me when I preferred to speak to a doctor instead of a nurse. The office is clean and small. However, the staff is not very friendly and knowledgeable. I have often had problems with my insurance at the office, and it was a staff problem - not knowing or understanding my insurance. Again - the doctors are great, but the staff needs more customer service.
Milestone Pediatrics Dr O is a great doctor and works really well with the little pts. However, her staff doesn't know much about the front office as well as customer service. For example... insurance, greeting the pts as they come in, saying have a great day when they leave, if they are verifying insurance they need to inform the pts as to why they are waiting for a longer than usual wait time, etc....If she had more EXPERIENCED staff then the office would be a much better place!!!
