Kambria and Kayla were great therapists for my children for speech and OT so this review is not based on them Milestone has recently gone way downhill . I called to go over new services never got a call back about starting new services Milestone also partners with Elite for respite/hab/ atc and Henny is the worst . If there’s an issue with your paycheck they won’t correct it and get you paid they want you to wait for the next billing cycle or pay them a fee to rush your payment even though it’s their fault After we switched ... read more
We like Milestone. It’s been up and down with them having consistent staff. Not just with therapists but with office staff too. Overall they are similar to any other therapy company if you find a therapist that works well with your child and there are low scheduling concerns you want to stay! Pros - -location -They send out reminder emails when a therapist is gone or needs to cancel -They send out requests for specific make up days for therapists -The gym is nice - our son is obsessed -It’s always really clean in the space -... read more
