The Milestone Team was knowledgeable, thorough, available and professional in assessing our son. Our family has an unusual circumstance of living overseas. Since we don't fall within the public school system in the U.S., we were finding it find someone who would assess our son, since it wasn't available in English where we are and because usually the assessments are done through public schools in the U.S, and we aren't in that system. I did have some struggles getting scheduling set and communicating with the office as quickly as I would’ve liked. What impressed me was the fact that the woman with whom I spoke in the office was quick to take ownership of and adapt to these issues effectively. Dr. Miles and Nicole are awesome. I have been referring to Dr. Miles for years. He understands neurodevelopmental disorders and is very willing to help families understand how symptoms of these conditions can interact with functioning at home and school. Knows his stuff, and knows how to make great recommendations.
