I have been seeing Dr. Miles on and off for over 10 years, and he has consistently been one of the most supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate providers I have worked with. Throughout that time, he has taken the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions thoroughly, and involve me in decisions about my care. I have been unable to get in contact with anyone for over half a year. I have emailed, called, and showed up at the office to find it locked with no one inside. I started to suspect this place is abandoned. I wasted so much time trying to get tested here.
We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Miles. He provided a complete and thorough evaluation for our son. Throughout the evaluation process, Dr. Miles provided invaluable tips and techniques in supporting our son. It is clear that Dr. Miles has extensive real-world experience working with children who need unique strategies to thrive and he is able to communicate those strategies and the fundamental needs that underlie them very effectively. We are very happy with our experience at Milestone.
