We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Miles. He provided a complete and thorough evaluation for our son. Throughout the evaluation process, Dr. Miles provided invaluable tips and techniques in supporting our son. It is clear that Dr. Miles has extensive real-world experience working with children who need unique strategies to thrive and he is able to communicate those strategies and the fundamental needs that underlie them very effectively. We are very happy with our experience at Milestone.

The Milestone Team was knowledgeable, thorough, available and professional in assessing our son. Our family has an unusual circumstance of living overseas. Since we don't fall within the public school system in the U.S., we were finding it find someone who would assess our son, since it wasn't available in English where we are and because usually the assessments are done through public schools in the U.S, and we aren't in that system. I did have some struggles getting scheduling set and communicating with the office as quickly as I would’ve liked. What impressed me was the fact that the woman with whom I spoke in the office was quick to take ownership of and adapt to these issues effectively.
