This company sucks you in with a low fee to "join" their services. Then they come out for free to inspect and clean your furnace/AC. I had them come out and when they were done they told me I needed $17,000 worth of repairs to my AC. I asked if it would be more effective to get a new one and they said yes. Even though my AC was working fine. Same thing with plumbing.
