Technician damaged our home and they are refusing to do anything about it. I was a member for years but things have definitely gone downhill the past year. Customer service is not what it used to be. Technicians have been trying to oversell more and more.
AI answers the phone. AI kept sending me on loops. Never could talk to a real person. I need to talk a person when I’m wading through my flooded house, not a robot.
The guys were great, they cleaned and prepped everything and left no dirt behind
