Everyone there is great, pleasant, and friendly. The staff is so very nice and professional when you enter and when you leave. Plus I had a great visit, it was the first time that I did not have a lot of cavities. But they talk with you and explains what they are doing and ask how your mouth feel during the exam so that they are not hurting you while examining you.
My dental appointment was "just right!" I was seen by three individuals who were caring and professional! Each one was easy to create a conversation with me while they performed my dental work. My hygienist is the BEST and so is my dentist! I actually enjoy my dental visits. Everyone is so caring and that means a lot to me! It would be nice to have the check-in form sent electronically prior to visits. I was told yesterday that they are required to be filled out once a year, so for me that's every other visit. I have to dig through my phone for last doctor's visit, phone number to dr., medication info., etc. It's tedious filling out all the basic info too. All this could be done before arriving.

As a patient at Dental Care Center of Wilson for many years, I have found most of the staff to be educated, professional, and caring. Dr. Susan Chang, Dani and Nikki are top notched. I would recommend them.
The staff are always nice and they make sure, your needs at meet. The staff that clean my teeth, wasn't rough and didn't hurt.

I didn't have to wait long when I got to the dentist's office. The providers were very attentive and very friendly to me. They were very professional.
I have been going here for quite some time now and I love it. Shelby is an absolute joy and I love the doctors there as well.
