I have been using Nick and Milestone for the last year and a half in a kitchen/first floor remodel. To this point things are still not complete. Very poor communication. Very poor organization. I have had multiple things installed wrong, and then remade, and the remakes are the wrong size or color. I am now at the point that I am finishing the work on my own, with no communication from the owner of the company at all. I strongly advise against using Milestone Cabinetry. The experience has been a complete disaster from start to finish. Owner Nick will initially charm you with promises of custom designs, good pricing, and flexibility. Once he has your money, however, the trouble begins. Nick is a master at making excuses. After taking your money, he will avoid your calls and dodge responsibility. ZERO stars is the real rating!! DO NOT waste your time and hard earned money with this place. We have paid $15,600 early March 2024 and Nicholas Long (owner) promised the cabinets will be delivered in 6 weeks. Its almost 6 MONTHS and we are still waiting (first delivery after 10 weeks was WRONG size, which he tried to blame on us). Our phone calls and texts are ignored constantly for the last 4 months.
