Great service!! Bhavna is very kind and attentive. We are very satisfied. The staff is very kind.
Milestone apartments has everything from an outdoor pool, business center, pet spa, to a car wash center. The only downside to that I felt discriminated against due to a disability. Assistant Manager Tanisha was deceptive with the requirements of allowance of my service dog. Requests for a reasonable accommodation were denied. Upon move-out, they wanted to charge me $6,000. After landlord tenant spoke with them my move out ledger was reduced to a few hundred owed.
I love this place! It’s convenient for all shopping needs as everything is walking distance. The management team such as the manager, Jocelyn, and the assistant, Tanisha, are so helpful, friendly, and understanding. I had an issue with the new portal and they were understanding of the issue and have helped me through it. I highly recommend this place to others. 5 stars!!!!
Terrible experience living here. The apartment had pest problems and mold. Common areas were dirty and poorly maintained. Management was very rude and unprofessional. Strongly NOT recommended.
Absolutely the Worst Place I’ve Ever Lived – Avoid at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. The management here is completely useless, careless, and borderline negligent. They never respond to maintenance requests on time (if at all), and when they do, the work is sloppy or incomplete.
