My hot water heater stopped working, so I called a plumber I had used before. When they arrived, they realized they weren’t familiar with my particular water heater. They reached out to another plumbing company for help. In just a couple of hours, Cory showed up at my home. He quickly figured out the problem with my tank. I've reached out to Miles's Plumbing several times whenever we've needed a plumber. The last time, we had an emergency late at night with water flooding from the upstairs bathroom tub and coming through the kitchen light fixture. Ezekiel responded quickly, arriving fast and working for hours to get the flooding under control. He came back the next morning to finish the job and made sure everything was working perfectly. I had a plumber come out to my new house in Omaha because we kept running out of hot water, especially when multiple showers were being used. Cory recommended adding another 60-gallon water heater next to our current one, and also suggested installing a water softener since Omaha has pretty hard water. Over the weekend, we had to call miles's plumbing because our main sewer line was clogged. i spoke with cory, who was very professional and quickly understood what was going on. he showed up on time and fixed the blockage right away. even though it was an emergency on a weekend, the pricing was very fair and we were really happy with the service we got. i would highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need. we will definitely call again if we ever have any other issues.
