Desert Vista Village 55+ community in Yucca Valley has problems! We moved in October 2021 and like many other new residents it’s been one problem after another with our home. ASK THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ABOUT THE FINANCIALS OF THE COMMUNITY!! Ask the newer residents in the new phase questions. Ask about the return on investments from vendors who provide services yo the association. ASK, ASK,ASK its your investment. As of 3/2023 the new board of directors are trying their best to make things right and hold people accountable.

SELLER BEWARE ! Dont accept offers on your home with this agent . He will pick your house apart and make his clients promises and then ask for a ridiculous amount of credits to be paid by the seller at the tail end to make up for his broken promises . He was a headache to work with . If I would have known that he was this kind of agent I would have even taken a lesser offer on my home just to avoid him .
