I very recently celebrated my one year surgiversary and am so happy. I feel better than ever before! I run and do crossfit style workouts now. I had gastric bypass years ago and have done very well reclaiming my life. I have over the years gained some weight back but currently am working to resolve that with dieting and exercise. .I still feel and look great. Dr. Miles helped me change my life.
