Their staff and office are very professional! My son and I love coming there. Anytime we have questions,staff are so nice in answering our questions clearly and making sure we understand the whole process. They are just amazing and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
Dr Waddoups and his staff are great. Especially Lina! They know what they are doing, and best of all are patient and listen to what you are hoping to accomplish.
We absolutely love this orthodontist office. Doctor what Waddoups is the most friendly guy you could ever meet and always has a smile on his face. We had a very pleasant experience with all of the staff, at all times. They always run on schedule and do their best to accommodate you. We will be bringing the rest of our children care when they are ready to leave to have orthodontic treatment in the future.

Very easy process. They are very informed of your insurance benefits. Everyone is so polite and makes you feel comfortable. My son is getting his braces as we speak and Shelby is a gem. My son is totally relaxed and comfortable with her. We are using the Murrieta location. Couldn’t be more pleased.

This is the best orthodontist we have been to!!! We have had years of experience with them and they have been amazing from the beginning. From my braces to my sons. They are so accommodating and the staff is so friendly!!
Lina is so amazing always greets u with a smile. She is very gentle and sweet. she talks to u and explains everything she is Doing though out the entire appointment. thank you Lina I always look forward to my next appointment
