The Nadal JCC, or "the J," is a wonderful community and fitness center. We are so grateful we learned about the J while we were visiting Toronto. From the moment we contacted the J's membership team to our actual visit, they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful to us. Day passes are CAD 25 per person, and we visited the J on two consecutive days to take Essentrics and Aqua Fitness. Both classes were excellent. It is really regrettable to attend a chair yoga class where the instructor cannot even stand correctly and speaks so softly that you cannot hear her A yoga teacher should be full of cheerful energy.. shes so proud. I know nice teacher his name is Zack Incompetent coaches cause Nadal's go down down

I recently received an email from Miles Nadal JCC promoting their swimming lessons and it reminded me of my disappointing experience there a year and a half ago. I signed up for private swimming lessons as a complete beginner, but there didn’t seem to be a structured curriculum. My instructor changed several times ( it was okay) and one instructor even told me she had never taught adult before.
