I was continuously charged for a membership despite not having attended for months. When I kept asking them why I was being charged they said I wasn’t being charged. I sent them screenshots of the payments going through. Turns out they never processed a cancellation on my account. Despite me asking why I am still being charged, they never pointed this out. Jcc continue to not follow AODA Accessibility for Ontarins with Disabilities Act law. As a person with a disability this is extremely sad and upsetting because AODA has been around for 20 years and this is unacceptable.
The staff doesn’t seem to know their own schedule and giving wrong instructions. Also if you don’t cancel your membership 5 days before the end of the month they will charge you for the next one with no refund.
I'm a member of the fitness center. I enjoy the group classes and my top favorite are Carolina's Zumba and Cardio Box as well as Cammy's power yoga. They are outstanding. Carolina and Cammy are very talented and engaging. They bring an increidible energy that makes every class unique.
