I usually see Aaron and she is wonderful in be thorough and caring!! Tiffany is excellent nurse also!!
I think they see too many patients to accommodate them all. It is very hard for them to work around my schedule. I prefer Dr. Miles when I schedule in advance, but have seen and like to see his assistants too. With one week notice, many assistants, and now 2 locations I still can't get in on the day I am off work. I will be searching for a new doctor that is able to work with me on scheduling appointments.
Was happy with Office and staff
I can tell you I was not happy my Ins denied my medicine then testing but Dr. Miles found a way of getting the information to help. I saved $300 on my testing so I was able to pick up my Rx. I can tell you it's hard enough to pay for my Ins alone but for someone to call around to help is rare. Thanks
I was very pleased with my experience here. Nurse Tiffany was awesome and seemed to really care about me as a person, not just another patient passing through. Dr. Miles is very thorough. I can tell that he's sharp and won't miss anything when it comes to my health. I imagine that is why wait times are a little longer but its definitely worth the wait to see a good doctor that will take his time and not look at you once and send you on your way. Overall I give my experience at this office an A+!
I highly recommend this office. They are the most kindness staff I have ever came in contact with. From the time i walk through the doors to the time i walk out. Everyone is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of.
Dr. Miles and his staff care for their patients like family. They will go above and beyond to provide the best care for each patient. I highly recommend this office, as it was hard for me to find a PCP that I really trusted.
I like the location and the doctors at this place. I will be back. I have diabetes so I have to come back often
