This place has improved a lot and is a nice place to live and raise a family.
For the price people pay it sure is a raggedy complex on the outside. You'd think the driveway would be smooth, the greenary would look better, and it'd be less hood looking overall. The units themselves are very nice and spacious though on the inside.
I've lived here for a year now. The front section is decent, the rear apartments there seems to be more drama from time to time. The maintenance manager can be really rude.
I been living here for 7months and already had the door kicked in....Not a safe place to live.... Like a project, low income, they have bored up windows to slot of the condos!!!!!! School system sucks, it's in academic emergency!!!!!!! Good Luck u move here, and watch ur back
