I asked my local propane company to recommend someone to repair my furnace, and they recommended Miles. I'm so glad they did. I had used another local company, and felt like their repairman was basically a sales person that fixed furnaces (check my other reviews if you want more details). They really tried to sell me a new furnace. Had a mini-split installed by another company not 6 months ago and it ended up with an intermittent problem that was so hard to diagnose that this other company gave up after a few tries and even called me a liar to my face about it happening in the first place... Erik came out and, despite Daikon not being a brand Miles usually works with, successfully discovered the issue in 15 minutes!!
