I asked my local propane company to recommend someone to repair my furnace, and they recommended Miles. I'm so glad they did. I had used another local company, and felt like their repairman was basically a sales person that fixed furnaces (check my other reviews if you want more details). Had a mini-split installed by another company not 6 months ago and it ended up with an intermittent problem that was so hard to diagnose that this other company gave up after a few tries and even called me a liar to my face about it happening in the first place... Erik came out and, despite Daikon not being a brand Miles usually works with, successfully discovered the issue in 15 minutes!! Jason and Carter are true professionals! They came out and evaluated the issue with my ac. Fixed me up quickly. I was shocked that the bill was so low. I had a different company (pink trucks) come last year to look at my system. They did not fix it but tried to up sale on a new unit at $14,000.00.
