With his broad background and years of experience in this field, he was able to find and determine more detailed and thorough data. He is very reasonable and takes the time to explain things and answer questions. Highly recommended.
Incompetent. I've had numerous appraisals done and have yet to find one worse than Miles Hamrick. The fact that an appraiser uses an income approach with his own assumption of rental rates as opposed to the ACTUAL rates that tenants are paying is asinine. Stay far away from this company.
