Wish I could rate a zero. Hires non-English speaking workers. Not legally here in US. Horrible work done. Had to hire other contractors to redo his work. Stole $5,000 from me by not completing contracted work. Does not supervise workers. Goes on vacation (with my money.) Roof that was repaired leaks. Gutters installed incorrectly causing water to enter building. Drywall looked like blind person did the work.. I could go on, just don't hire this thief.
Room addition: 6 windows installed poorly. Never given the manufacturer or warranty. Windows don't work. Not caulked outside. Flys actually come inside. Can't lock Dry wall was terrible. Took 3 days for contractors to tape. Dry wall covered ceiling light outlet. Used wrong nails on outside cedar siding. Not galvanized so stained wood
Recently put a new roof on workers came promptly at 630 and answered any questions we had on the problem areas. Good price on the total job. Would suggest for future jobs
Recently Miles Construction was putting a new roof on a neighbors house. It was around 6:30am and the men were on top of the roof fighting with each other screaming and swearing, again at 6:30am. It was ridiculous and there are a ton of kids in the neighborhood walking out to the buses listening to these grown men fight and swear at each other.
