Dr. Anderson is a great guy you can see he really cares. On the other hand a few (as in one) staff members could use a little work. Other than that he is working out the hiccups and moving to a larger office with more staff. It's always clean and wait is only a few minutes.
Unbelievable. My wife has been a regular patient for at least 2 years. This morning we show up for a scheduled appointment and are told 1) They don't take our insurance (Aetna), and 2) we are not allowed to self-pay, and 3) they only take Medicare. Wasted time getting ready and driving back and forth. And we cannot even pay for the office visit ourselves!?! Absolutely awful been waiting two weeks for referrals and and rx refill called twice a day for 10 days now. I’ll have to go in person and cause a scene to get the job they need to do done
