Did a good job on the car tump up
Jarod did a great job, answered all my questions. Kept in contact with me while finance worked out the deal. Once deal was completed Jarod helped me set up radio and Bluetooth and explained the features to me
Scheduled an oil change for 1:00pm. I asked the advisor if it would take long? He said no. One hour and 15 minutes later, I asked where my car was? The advisor was at lunch and it appeared that I had fallen through the cracks. Nick was the best advisor you had working at Miles.
