I have sent my board in for repair over 6 times for the same ongoing issue, and it has still not been properly fixed. Each time I was told the unit was tested, repaired, and working before being returned, yet it continues to fail immediately after I receive it back. Have been trying to get a hold of this company regarding replacing a faulty battery they sold my partner for more than a year. They just keep saying they “don’t know” when they’ll have the battery and offer no help. Truly incompetent and impossible to work with.

This company has proven to be completely incompetent, dishonest, and careless with customers’ money. I ordered an electric skateboard and immediately contacted them to correct the shipping address. They confirmed they updated it — and then shipped it to the wrong address anyway. That’s not an accident; that’s negligence.
