I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy from this company, My BF been having problem with his skateboard since he bought it, the skateboard will just disconnect from the control he send it back to them and was told he needed a new battery he paid them 600 he send back the skateboard so it can be replace and all they shipped back was a new battery with no skateboard, he was so excited waited over a month for a brand new battery but no skateboard😂 You guys are horrible, you been warn!

This place rules, they bled my e-bike brakes and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes after walking in. Down to earth and cool guys at the counter. No nonsense, no trying to sell me stuff either. Classic service that seems to be hard to find these days. Funny thing is, I had dropped my bike off the day before at Bicycle Warehouse and they gave me grief because I didn’t buy my bike there but said they’d make an exception. I got this board 01/11/24, have put 250 miles on it just cruising around Richmond. On a full charge in 3rd gear I can keep up with cars going 30mph no problem, farthest I took it was 34 Miles and it still had 2 bars of charge. Almost crashed a couple times because of unexpected bumps but always recovered no problem thanks to the low deck. Even had a belt snap off mid ride and didn’t notice til I got back home(dual motor board but one motor kept going strong)

I’ve owned the Miles Rampage but upgraded to the Phantom because I wanted something for portable. I love the fully carbon fiber deck and the direct drive train. Such a fast and fun board.
