This company has proven to be completely incompetent, dishonest, and careless with customers’ money. I ordered an electric skateboard and immediately contacted them to correct the shipping address. They confirmed they updated it — and then shipped it to the wrong address anyway. That’s not an accident; that’s negligence. Can’t wait to try out the sex panther(direct drive) it’s coming this Tuesday.
We have been looking for an electric skateboard for sometime now and after a few shops not having them in stock I did a quick google search and found this shop. We are so glad we found this small spot! The owner was great in helping my husband find the perfect board for him that met all his needs. The shop even has rentals and maintenance if you ever need to repair the skateboard or bike. We ended up getting the sex panther e skate board. We definitely recommend this shop!
I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy from this company, My BF been having problem with his skateboard since he bought it, the skateboard will just disconnect from the control he send it back to them and was told he needed a new battery he paid them 600 he send back the skateboard so it can be replace and all they shipped back was a new battery with no skateboard, he was so excited waited over a month for a brand new battery but no skateboard😂 You guys are horrible, you been warn!
This place rules, they bled my e-bike brakes and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes after walking in. Down to earth and cool guys at the counter. No nonsense, no trying to sell me stuff either. Classic service that seems to be hard to find these days. Funny thing is, I had dropped my bike off the day before at Bicycle Warehouse and they gave me grief because I didn’t buy my bike there but said they’d make an exception.
