WORST customer service. If you don't hold items it would be nice if your employees were aware of that. Called to put something on hold, was told ok and gave my name/number. Just to drive all the way there to be told they sold and you don't hold items. Not a great way to do business!!!!

I LOVE this place! Like seriously... I'm in love !!! This place has such a huge selection of different things to satisfy everyone! The only thing I have to say is that the staff could act a liiiiiiitle bit more happy to see their customers. Absolutely love this place!
I have been a vendor for 1 n a half years and very pleased with my booths and request. I travel from Theodore, Al to have a booth there. Have seen a lot of changes, staff come and go. I think everyone is awesome! I feel comfortable with my sales and experience there! Love it and they all definitely help me being so far away, very much worth my drive and time! Attitudes have been good to me! Thanks ya'll!!!!!!

I love the atmosphere of Miles. it's so fun, and there's so many different things to see. I like how wide the Isles are so while there's a lot of stuff you don't feel claustrophobic like it's all going to cave in on you. People are friendly, and it's just a fun place to be.
