We enjoyed ourselves great room great service and the manager Michael was awesome very polite informative and helped ensure a great stay
This is the 2nd time I have stayed here , august 22 and April 23 , Michael and his staff could not do enough for me , front of desk were fantastic, extremely helpful , lovely comfortable suit , fantastic gym , location is excellent,very clean , I will be flying in from the uk again in august and this is the hotel we’re I will staying again ,
No fuss, no complaints, except maybe the keurig coffee bar doesn't really cut it in the morning, in the middle of Chicago. The room was beautiful, clean tastefully furnished, with a beautiful window towards Michigan Ave.
The place is good but there is no room cleaning on daily basis, no breakfast. The judge's leave is from Friday to Monday. I paid 942 with parking no coffee maker in the room but it's in the reception no entertainment no shampoo in the bathrooms there's tv but we can't watch because we have to pay $20 and parking $70
