This place is a construction zone with lots of noise from heavy equipment. Also the Mexican restaurant downstairs is monopolizing every evening with their crowds and music - forget about opening your door for fresh air to relax. Stressful environment inside a luxurious appearance. The courtyard is sterile because of the noise from the restaurant. The combination of residential and commercial space is a big experiment and is not working.
