I was recommended by Blair Watkins owner of Trust The Nudge to Mileham Psych and following that recommendation has led to a drastic improvement in my quality of life. Also there are therapy dogs there sometimes.
Susan has helped me through very scary and emotional pain. I can't put into words how she has taken care of me. She let me know that she would not abandon me, when others had done just that. I trust her completely and have regained confidence in myself. Thank you Susan and Destiny.
I do not open up easily at all. I had no problem opening up. It wasn’t stressful. I didn’t feel like I was being judged at all. She makes you feel very comfortable. She doesn’t interrupt. She gives you a chance to finish your sentence, even if you are struggling to get the words out. I left the office actually happy. I will be returning. I can see this being a long term relationship. I will actually make my appointments. Best experience I have ever had.
Susan, APRN was amazing. She was very friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions thoroughly and showed me the treatment rooms and gave me a dummy sample (no drugs) of the medication I would be taking so I could get an idea of what it would be like and explained the process and got me all scheduled. Susan and Destiny have drastically improved my quality of life. From dealing with difficult specialists to get me approved for treatment to managing side effects that don't normally happen. Their persistent passion and collaborative spirits have eased my anxiety and I can bring up issues with them knowing that it will be handled appropriately.
