Totally disappointed with the service dept,i took my truck in due to noise in the brakes,told milea the brakes and rotors were done 5k miles ago by a different shop,milea says i need all new brakes and rotors,another 2200.00 dollars,i said go ahead,i never tow just a daily driver,they tell me come back next week,ok,go back brake job done,next morning i go out,brakes still making noise,i went back to milea no noise,the second time i went back aa service person heard the noise,couldn't find the problem,went back again ,put the... read more

Rude, inconsiderate and scammers. I understand money is to be made, everyone is trying to make it but trying to get into a customer pockets the wrong way is robbery. Be careful how you treat customers, you never know who is who and how much they know about car sales and the proper procedure for certain circumstances. If a customer comes in with a check from a bank ready to purchase, why would you act as if you have no idea what to do or better yet call on another salesman for him to say...Tell him to go someplace else, not k... read more
