As an insurance Agent, I have been calling for three days now in order to assist my Client which is an existing patient of your clinic. Someone posted and was met with a response a year ago regarding your phones not being answered. A year later I am having a similar issue. No one answers and I would assume that no one will return my call IF I leave a message. Please do better.
Their service is great such nice Doctors and NPs but to get someone to answer the phone is just ridiculous. I been calling all morning and just spoke to somone at 3pm. Need improvement on phones.
Very pleased with their administration of the Covid-19 vaccine.
