I read reviews for this location the morning of my first visit and I wondered if I made the right choice. Everyone in that office from the intake staff, to the nurse that took my vitals and finally nurse practitioner Christine Gordon were all great. Ms. Gordon took the time to look over my past results from my previous doctor and was genuinely interested in what I had to say. I did not feel rushed and was very pleased with my visit.
I visited this location for the first time and was very disappointed, The physician Christina Wells was very rude and judgmental. Everyone else was very polite and respectful.
The security guard in the lobby comes across as rude and aggressive, failing to greet patients at the front door, which not only falls short of professionalism but also necessitates hiring more competent staff.
It is absolutely impossible to call them. The automated answering system is trash I hav been trying to call them since they opened and nothing. The people are ok but trying to do anything over the phone does not work...
