I am truly upset with the vehicle that I purchased from heritage Parkville. I put approximately 2500 miles on the 300C and the water pump goes out. It has been in the shop now for approximately one month and still work hasn't been done. I keep getting the run around concerning completion. I'm very disappointed in the service my 89 year mother received after purchasing a 2012 Malibu from Heritage Buick in Owings Mills Maryland.
