Mile Maker has a solid design on their 449S/S locking hub. I just with their shipping department were just as reliable... Great prices, but when you tell me on Monday that my parts will ship on Wednesday with a two day delivery, you probably SHOULDN'T send them out on Friday with standard USPS delivery.
Ive got a Mile Marker 15000 winch on my work truck and a problem developed 2 months ago. The winch is under warranty and I 've made many phone calls to Mile Marker to get the problem resolved. The service has not been very good at all. I've explained the problem to 3 different techs and my winch is still broke. I've had no callbacks, told something would be sent, on hold for sometimes as much as 10 minutes at a time,etc. I've had to initiate the phone calls for what's going on 2 months now.
