Will discontinue care with no discussion AND ignore phone calls when inquiring about why. Think about that before you choose to book an appointment 🥰
Amanda spends 1/2 the time talking about anything other than mental health, her kids, politics, the weather whether. I assume so she can bill 2 units. Hard to schedule, practitioner is usually late the telemedicine appointments and if you don't wait on her 15-20 mins then you get reprimanded. They also just canceled all appointments for Medicaid patient.
I spoke to Donavon and he was very kind, it was a very easy process!
